Over the past few weeks, we have had some queries from our customers with regards to certain products, brands or ranges. We would like to address some of them here, in case other people have the same questions.

I see that you have a Mulberry section on your website, but I can’t actually buy from it. How do I buy Mulberry from caseluggage?

Unfortunately, we are unable to sell Mulberry online. However, you can visit our stores in Bluewater, Guildford & Leeds to see our Mulberry ranges. We are excited about some new Mulberry pieces, the Bryn satchel which is the perfect day bag in a smaller size and the larger, carry-all. And also, the Mulberry Del-Ray bag. They are both coming to a Case Luggage store near you, very soon!

If I buy an item online, can I return to a store for a refund?

If you buy an item from caseluggage.com, at the moment, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds in store. However, we do offer free delivery & returns, so if you are unhappy with your purchase, simply contact us, and we will arrange to collect it from you, and issue a refund.

I am looking for a piece of Tumi luggage that you don’t have on your site, can you get it for me?

We would be happy to try and help you find a piece of Tumi that we don’t have on our website. Please contact us with the details of the piece that you are looking for, and we will try to source it for you. We often have products in store, that are not available online, so please call us if you cant find the perfect item online. Other than Tumi, we sell luggage from brands including Rimowa, Lulu Guinness, Knomo, Samsonite, Bric’s & Delsey.

As many of you will know, this weekend saw Mulberry take centre stage at London Fashion Week 2012 with their Autumn/Winter collection. There was an array of stunning bags – as you would expect from this popular brand.

Mulberry have made the stylish Bayswater, even more versatile, by offering a detachable shoulder strap to the double top handle satchel. The Bayswater satchel was shown in small and medium sizes on the Mulberry catwalk in Claridge’s Hotel, with both casual and dressy attire; showing how versatile Mulberry’s iconic handbag styles can really be.

All eyes were on one particular person, and one particular bag – Lana Del Rey.  The 25-year-old singer is well known for her latest hit “Born to Die” and yesterday afternoon she took a front row seat to watch the Mulberry catwalk show. On her lap was a brand new Mulberry bag, the ‘Del Ray’ in White Ostrich.

Speaking about the brand new tote, Mulberry said that it was Lana’s old-school glamour, combined with her sense of fun that appealed to their own desire to mix eclectic playful references with high fashion.

The Del Rey features a simple, chic and classic design. A simple silhouette with twin grab handles, it also has the classic Mulberry postman’s lock to the side. The latest Mulberry bag will be available from May in our Bluewater, Guildford & Leed’s stores. In August, it will also be available in a petrol blue colour.

As we all know by now, Fabio Capello quit his job as England manager this week. After thanking his fans Capello packed his bags and made a quick exit.
