Anna Sui said "I find that most people have plain black suitcases that all look the same." She has therefore collaborated with Tumi, to create a range of luggage that incorporates her famous purple butterfly design.

According to Anna, “I have always thought that Tumi had amazing travel bags, so when the opportunity came about to collaborate on a collection with them, I jumped at the chance,” Sui explained. “To combine their construction and quality with my unique design aesthetic I thought would be a great union.  We are all thrilled with how the pieces turned out.”

I see that you have a Mulberry section on your website, but I can’t actually buy from it. How do I buy Mulberry from caseluggage?

Unfortunately, we are unable to sell Mulberry online. However, you can visit our stores in Bluewater, Guildford & Leeds to see our Mulberry ranges. We are excited about some new Mulberry pieces, the Bryn satchel which is the perfect day bag in a smaller size and the larger, carry-all. And also, the Mulberry Del-Ray bag. They are both coming to a Case Luggage store near you, very soon!

If I buy an item online, can I return to a store for a refund?

If you buy an item from caseluggage.com, at the moment, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds in store. However, we do offer free delivery & returns, so if you are unhappy with your purchase, simply contact us, and we will arrange to collect it from you, and issue a refund.

I am looking for a piece of Tumi luggage that you don’t have on your site, can you get it for me?

We would be happy to try and help you find a piece of Tumi that we don’t have on our website. Please contact us with the details of the piece that you are looking for, and we will try to source it for you. We often have products in store, that are not available online, so please call us if you cant find the perfect item online. The range has been developed by award-winning designer Dror Benshetrit, the eleven-piece collection incorporates groundbreaking features that adapt for multiple uses and respond to the multifaceted lifestyle of today’s traveller. With several new patents pending—from design to materials—and a sophisticated new look, Tumi is once again poised to change the way we travel.

Eight of the bags transform in some way — expanding or literally changing shape to accommodate different functions or modes of use. The International Carry-On, the first-ever expandable zipper-less hard side, is a model of versatility and ingenious engineering. The revolutionary two-wheeled case allows for four different size options through a two-stage expansion via a “living hinge” that makes it possible to adjust the bag’s depth from 9 inches to 14 inches, increasing its overall capacity by 45%.

On Monday 12th March, after a month of renovation, the Tumi department in Selfridges, re-opened. The larger space means that we can now offer you an ever wider selection of Tumi products.

The focus of the new department is the chandelier, hanging from the ceiling. This hand-made sculpture was designed by Moss & Lam and is titled ‘Vortex’.

According to the designers, “Vortex is a ceiling suspended sculpture representing the dynamism of travel and movement, where wind and water converge. Constructed out of glass, chrome, and acrylic, Vortex evokes the sensation of lightness and air while keeping with Tumi’s commitment to modern luxury and design. With sweeping arms that convey a continuous spiral and perpetual motion, Vortex alludes to the fast and ever-changing flow of global travel today.”
