This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example).

3 years from original date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.

Simple as That Lifetime Guarantee

Briggs & Riley’s guarantee covers the repair of all functional aspects of your Briggs & Riley bag for the life of your bag. Their warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning, nor does it cover damage of contents, or the replacement of lost or stolen bags and/or its contents. Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your bag to its original condition. Due to discontinuation of a particular part or colour, identical replacement parts may not be available. Briggs & Riley will repair or replace a damaged part with the closest matching part or component in the closest matching colour.

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of shipping your bag to Briggs & Riley, however, they will return the favour and ship your bag back to you free of charge.

Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in workmanship or material from their date of purchase during the time frame specified on the guarantee certificate delivered in the piece of luggage, upon presentation of the guarantee certificate that was stamped and dated by the salesperson (date and stamp). The guarantee covers the replacement of parts acknowledged to be faulty. This guarantee does not apply to accidents or normal wear and tear; damages due to exposure to a direct source of heat; use of a solvent; damage caused by water infiltration.

Lifetime Warranty or No Matter What Warranty

Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear and tear. Excessive wear and tear is not covered. Damage incurred as a result of repairs, modifications or alterations done by someone other than Eagle Creek will void the Lifetime Guarantee. ES3 Exploration System, the Hovercraft Collection and No Matter What Duffels are backed by a No Matter What Warranty.

 

EastPak  

30 Years. Covers defective workmanship and/or material.

EASTPAK guarantees its products against possible defects in materials and workmanship it offers a standard warranty of 30 years on all regular products (packs, bags and luggage). Where such defects occur EASTPAK will repair or replace the item in question.

The 30 year warranty does not include certain 'special' products, such as those made of a limited edition 'fashion' fabric or construct; these come with a 2 year warranty.

Hartmann’s warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example). This warranty is global and you may have your Product repaired at any Service Centre in the world

You are, however, responsible for all costs of getting the Product to any such Service Centre including, but not limited to, the cost of packaging, shipping and applicable taxes.

Year Limited Warranty

With limited exceptions, if your Tumi product is damaged during the first 12 months you own it including damage caused by wear and tear, airlines, or other transit damage Tumi will cover all repair expenses, including shipping costs to and from their repair facility. If Tumi determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, they will replace it. If Tumi determine that a replacement product is not available, Tumi will provide you with a product of comparable value. Damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses. From the second through the fifth year you own your Tumi product, Tumi will repair any items that are defective in materials or workmanship, (for a nominal processing fee), including any structural defects (such as defective handles, zippers, or locks). For years two through five, however, Tumi will not cover damage resulting from wear and tear that is not the result of defects in materials or workmanship. Tumi also will not cover damage caused by airlines or other transit damage.
