American Tourister provides their customer’s with a 3 year warranty.

This warranty covers defective workmanship and/ or material however, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example).

Bellroy guarantee’s their products for 3 years from the original date of purchase.

Their warranty covers faults in material, workmanship when used under normal conditions however the warranty does not cover damages caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear or if you change your mind.

Bric’s provides their customer’s with a 5 years warranty.

This guarantee’s cover of defective workmanship and/or materials however, does not cover damage caused by third parties.

Briggs & Riley provides their customers with a ‘simple as that lifetime guarantee’.

This guarantee will cover the repair of all functional aspects of your Briggs & Riley bag for the life of your bag. Dependant on the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your bag to its original condition. If your bag has been discontinued in a particular colour, identical replacement parts may not be available. Briggs & Riley will repair or replace a damaged part with the closest matching part or component in the closet matching colour.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning, nor does it cover damage of contents, or replacement of lost or stolen bags and/ or its contents.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their bags to Briggs & Riley, however, they will return the favour and ship your bag back to you free of charge.

Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in workmanship or material from their date of purchase during the time frame specified on the guarantee certificate delivered in the piece of luggage, upon presentation of the guarantee certificate that was stamped and dated by the salesperson (date and stamp). The guarantee covers the replacement of parts acknowledged to be faulty. This guarantee does not apply to accidents or normal wear and tear; damages due to exposure to a direct source of heat; use of a solvent; damage caused by water infiltration.

Lifetime Warranty or No Matter What Warranty

Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear and tear. Excessive wear and tear is not covered. Damage incurred as a result of repairs, modifications or alterations done by someone other than Eagle Creek will void the Lifetime Guarantee. ES3 Exploration System, the Hovercraft Collection and No Matter What Duffels are backed by a No Matter What Warranty.

 

30 Years. Covers defective workmanship and/or material.

EASTPAK guarantees its products against possible defects in materials and workmanship it offers a standard warranty of 30 years on all regular products (packs, bags and luggage). Where such defects occur EASTPAK will repair or replace the item in question.

The 30 year warranty does not include certain 'special' products, such as those made of a limited edition 'fashion' fabric or construct; these come with a 2 year warranty.

Hartmann’s warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example). This warranty is global and you may have your Product repaired at any Service Centre in the world

You are, however, responsible for all costs of getting the Product to any such Service Centre including, but not limited to, the cost of packaging, shipping and applicable taxes.

Kevlar have total confidence in the performance of their product which is engineered and built to the highest quality levels.

To ensure that they impart their confidence to you they have provided a very simple “All Inclusive” guarantee. If your Kevlar bag, suitcase, backpack, travel bag or business bag is broken or damaged, including third party damage by a carrier (such as an airline) in your first year of ownership, Kevlar will repair it free of charge or replace it if a repair is not possible.

Kevlar’s support, however, doesn’t end there, for the following 5 years your bag will continue to be covered for manufacturing defects.

1 Year Limited Warranty

Covers any defects in materials or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages that result from accident, misuse, abuse (including damage caused by airlines or other carriers) normal wear and tear or theft. Incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use of time or similar expenses are not recoverable under this warranty.

First year Limited Warranty

With limited exceptions, if your Tumi product is damaged during the first 12 months you own it including damage caused by wear and tear, airlines, or other transit damage Tumi will cover all repair expenses, including shipping costs to and from their repair facility. If Tumi determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, they will replace it. If Tumi determine that a replacement product is not available, Tumi will provide you with a product of comparable value. Damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses. From the second through the fifth year you own your Tumi product, Tumi will repair any items that are defective in materials or workmanship, (for a nominal processing fee), including any structural defects (such as defective handles, zippers, or locks). For years two through five, however, Tumi will not cover damage resulting from wear and tear that is not the result of defects in materials or workmanship. Tumi also will not cover damage caused by airlines or other transit damage.
