Monogramming Service
Make your luggage personal with our complimentary monogramming service.
Currently, we are able to offer free monogramming for most of the travel and business pieces from the Tumi Alpha and Alpha Bravo collections.
If you are unsure as to whether or not we can monogram a particular product, please call us on 0345 003 8283 and we will let you know.
How to order
Simply place your order on caseluggage.com & then contact us to organise your complimentary monogramming. You can either call us on 0345 003 8283 or email us: [email protected].
Please have your order number to hand & let us know which initials (up to 3), you would like on your new Tumi piece.
Location of monograms
The monogramming can only be placed on the exterior leather monogram patch - on the front of the item.
Styles and colours available
You may choose either the blind stamp embossing technique or the bolder print technique, which is available in a variety of colors including Tumi Red.
We offer one font style and one size option, and you may choose a maximum of three (3) initials. Examples of each are shown below.

Timing
The monogramming of each item may require additional time. Please allow approximately 2-4 additional business days for delivery of your order.
However, if your order is urgent & you require a next day delivery, please call us on 0345 003 8283 and we will try to help.

This service is available free of charge to all of our customers.
Returns
Once a product has been personalised with monogramming, it may not be returned or exchanged.
