My writing started with a blog about petite suitcases and quickly turned into something I genuinely enjoy. I love being creative, but I also like knowing that what I write helps someone make a decision or answers a question before they even need to contact us. It makes life a little easier for our customers... and, if I'm honest, it makes my job a little easier too!


I've been with Case for four years, and during that time I've realised that luggage means something different to everyone. For some people it's a one-off purchase, for others it's a treat before a big holiday, and sometimes it's simply a necessity because the old suitcase has finally given up.

Working around luggage every day has definitely changed the way I see it. Before joining Case, I never paid much attention to what suitcase someone was using. Now it's become a little game. I'll be walking through an airport and spot a TUMI, a Samsonite or a Briggs & Riley and quietly think, "Nice case!" It's probably an occupational hazard, but it still makes me smile.

I travel too, and for me there's no one-size-fits-all approach. Sometimes I'm happy throwing a tote bag in the car for a weekend away. Other times I want a lightweight check-in suitcase that's easy to lift and easy to manoeuvre. As someone who's petite, I know how much difference the right suitcase can make.

My aim is simple: to make luggage feel less confusing and help people find what genuinely works for the way they travel, whether that's a quick weekend away, a family holiday or a long-haul adventure.
