Hi, I’m Simiran Gataora. I manage customer service, e-commerce admin, and social media at Case, helping customers find luggage that genuinely works for the way they travel. 

My writing started with a blog about petite suitcases and quickly turned into something I genuinely enjoy. Since then, I’ve written about airline cabin rules, suitcase sizes, luggage materials, and the small details that can make travelling easier. Writing has become a creative outlet for me at work, and I love turning useful advice into something that feels clear, honest, and genuinely helpful.

Working closely with luggage every day means I spend a lot of time comparing brands, looking at features, and noticing what works in real life. Truthfully, I’ve become the sort of person who notices other people’s luggage when I’m out and about. I enjoy the details, whether that’s clever suitcase design, durable materials, or simply finding the right bag for a trip.

 I travel too, and for me there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Sometimes I’m happy throwing a tote bag in the car for a weekend break, other times I want a lightweight, durable check-in case that’s easy to handle. As someone petite, I know how important that balance is.

My aim is simple: to make luggage feel less confusing and help people find what genuinely works for their travel style, whether that’s a quick weekend away or a long-haul holiday. 

Chances are, I’m probably still checking airline baggage rules, spotting suitcases when I’m out and about, or talking about wheels, zips, and what actually makes travel easier.
