At Case, we make it easy to follow your order from checkout to delivery. Whether you ordered a cabin suitcase, travel accessory or luggage set, you can stay updated every step of the journey.

This page explains how to track your Case order, where to find your tracking number, and what to expect once your parcel has been dispatched.

How to Track Your Case Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we send a dispatch confirmation email. This email includes your courier tracking link and tracking number.

Use the tracking link provided in your dispatch email to see the latest delivery updates directly from the courier.

If you created a Case account before completing checkout, you can also sign in to your account to view your order history and tracking details in one place.

  • Check delivery tracking information
  • Manage your account details and saved addresses
  • Access order information quickly for returns or exchanges

Tracking Orders Placed as a Guest

If you checked out as a guest, your order will not appear in the account area. This is completely normal.

You will still receive all updates by email, including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Dispatch confirmation
  • Courier tracking link
  • Delivery notifications

If you create a Case account later using the same email address, future orders placed while logged in will automatically appear in your account.

When Will Tracking Information Appear?

Tracking information usually appears within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch means your parcel has left our warehouse. Delivery updates will then be provided by the courier once the parcel arrives at their depot.

If your tracking link shows no movement yet, please allow time for the courier to scan the parcel into their network.

Delivery Partners Used by Case

Case works with trusted courier partners to deliver luggage and travel accessories safely across the UK.

  • DPD - Next day delivery across mainland UK and a two day service for the islands that lie off the coast of mainland Britain.
  • Royal Mail - Used for smaller items such as Secrid wallets, Go Travel accessories and lightweight products.
  • UPS - Next day delivery for selected shipments.
  • Quiver- Same day courier delivery within London.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking notification directly from them.

Reserve and Collect Orders

Orders placed using Reserve and Collect do not include courier tracking.

You will receive an email once your item is ready to collect from your chosen Case store.

Please wait for this confirmation before travelling to the store.

Having Trouble Tracking Your Order?

If your tracking information is not updating or you believe your order may be delayed, please try the following:

  • Check your dispatch confirmation email for the tracking link
  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Allow up to 24 hours for the courier to scan the parcel

How do I track my Case order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email containing your courier tracking link. You can also sign in to your Case account to view tracking updates.

Which couriers does Case use?

Case currently delivers using DPD, Royal Mail, UPS and Quiver for same day London deliveries.

How long does delivery take?

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact customerservice@caseluggage.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the delivery address

My tracking link is not updating

Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours after dispatch. If there is still no movement after this time, contact our team and we will check with the courier.
