When will I receive my 10% discount code?

You’ll receive your discount code in your welcome email shortly after signing up. Please check your junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

Can I use my 10% code on sale items?

Unfortunately not. The 10% discount applies only to full-priced items and excludes sale or reduced products.

Is Tumi included in the 10% offer?

No, Tumi products are excluded from this offer.

Can I use my 10% discount more than once?

The welcome discount is valid for one use only per customer and email address.

Does the 10% code work in-store?

Yes, the 10% welcome discount can be used online and in our flagship store at 170 Piccadilly, provided the item is full-priced.


Please note:

  • The code cannot be used at Harrods, as this is a separate concession.
  • At our Heathrow stores, prices are already up to 10% lower, so the welcome discount does not apply there.
  • The offer excludes sale or reduced items.

I signed up but didn’t get my code what should I do?
