Today Case is also a growing multi channel business. Alongside our stores, we serve customers through our e commerce website, Amazon store, and partner platforms such as Harvey Nichols online. This connected approach allows customers to shop with us wherever their journey begins.

In Store Training

Every new team member receives detailed brand and product training during their induction. You will learn how different luggage collections work, how to advise customers, and how to deliver exceptional service.

 

Head Office Training

You will also gain insight into the wider business through training and support from our Head Office teams, helping you understand the operations behind a successful retail business.
