easyJet has two main cabin bag sizes.

Small cabin bag

Your free small cabin bag can measure up to:

45 × 36 × 20 cm

It needs to fit underneath the seat in front of you.

This works well for a backpack, small travel bag or compact underseater carrying your passport, headphones, tech and other essentials.

Large cabin bag

If you've purchased a large cabin bag or it's included through an eligible easyJet benefit, the maximum dimensions are:

56 × 45 × 25 cm

This bag goes into the overhead locker.

The maximum weight is 15kg, but easyJet also expects you to be able to lift and carry the bag yourself.

That last point matters more than you might think. A suitcase might technically fall under the weight limit, but hauling 15kg over your head isn't much fun.

4. Keep essentials in your small bag
