All reviews are collected and verified by Lipscore, so every comment comes from someone who has shopped with us online or in-store.

Only verified customers can leave a review. Therefore you will receive an email from Lipscore after your purchase, inviting you to share your experience.

Your feedback helps us to improve, and gives future travellers confidence when shopping with Case.

How Lipscore Works

  1. You shop with Case, either online or in one of our stores.
  2. After your purchase, you’ll receive an email from Lipscore inviting you to share your feedback on the product or your experience.
  3. You can leave your review by clicking the link in that email.
  4. Once submitted, your review is verified by Lipscore to confirm it comes from a genuine customer before it appears on our website.

Lipscore operates independently. Reviews cannot be changed or removed by us unless they contain inappropriate or offensive language.

FAQ's About Reviews

Who can leave a review?

Only verified Case customers can leave a review. You’ll automatically receive a Lipscore email after purchasing from our website or visiting one of our stores.

Can I leave a review directly on the Lipscore website?

No. Lipscore does not allow public submissions. All reviews must come through the invitation email you receive after your purchase or store visit.

When will I receive my review email?

You’ll normally receive your Lipscore invitation within a few days of delivery or your store visit.

Can I review both the product and the service?

Yes. You may receive two separate emails — one asking about your shopping experience (service review) and another asking about the product you purchased.

Can Case edit or delete my review?

No. Case cannot alter or delete verified reviews. We can only request Lipscore to remove content if it contains language that breaches their moderation policy (for example, offensive or personal information)

Why don’t I see my review straight away?

It can take up to 24 hours for new reviews to be verified and appear on our website.

I didn’t receive an email – what should I do?

If you placed an order but haven’t received a Lipscore email, please check your junk or spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us at customerservice@caseluggage.com and we’ll look into it for you.

Are reviews from store purchases included?

Yes. Customers who shop at our stores, including Case Piccadilly and our Heathrow Airport locations, will also receive a Lipscore email invitation after their visit.
