Reserve & Collect is a simple way to secure the luggage or travel accessories you want before visiting a Case store. 

You can browse online, reserve your chosen item, and collect it in store when it suits you.

This service is ideal if you want the convenience of shopping online but would prefer to see the product in person before purchasing. When you arrive, our team can help with sizing, airline cabin advice, and product comparisons.

Reserve & Collect is available at our flagship Piccadilly store and selected airport locations including Heathrow.

How Reserve & Collect Works

Step 1. Choose your product

Browse our full range of premium luggage, backpacks, and travel accessories from Samsonite, Tumi, Briggs & Riley, Bric’s, Carl Friedrik, and more.

 

Once you’ve found the item you want, head to the product page.

Step 2. Select Reserve & Collect

On the product page, select the Reserve & Collect option, located just below Add to Bag.

Step 3. Complete the reservation form

A short pop up form will appear.

 

Enter your full name, email address, telephone number, and select your preferred store. This can be our Piccadilly flagship or one of our Heathrow Airport locations.

 

Confirm acceptance of our Terms & Conditions, then submit the form.

Step 4. Wait for confirmation

You will not receive an automatic email confirmation.

 

Once your reservation is submitted, your chosen store will review availability and contact you directly by phone or email to confirm your item and collection details.

Step 5. Collect in store

Visit your chosen Case store and head to the tills.

 

Show your confirmation email, either digitally or printed, or simply give your name and the item you reserved. Our team will take care of the rest.

You will find the Case concession in the Travel & Leisure department on Level 1.

Heathrow Airports

Tills are located at the entrance, so you can collect quickly and continue your journey.

Please note that same day collection may not always be possible if stock needs to be transferred between stores.

Reserved items are held in store for up to seven days. If you need more time, contact the store and we will do our best to assist.

 

Payment
Payment is made in store when you collect your item.

 

Airport store collections
If you are collecting from an airside airport store, you must have a valid boarding pass to access the store location.

Returns & Exchanges for Reserve & Collect Purchases

Items reserved online and purchased in store follow the Case in store returns policy.

Full price items can be returned within 28 days.
Sale items can be returned within 14 days.

Returns must be made in store as the purchase is completed at the point of collection.

Items must be unused and returned with all original tags, labels and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

FAQ's About Reserve & Collect

Can I pay for my item online?

No. Payment is made in store when you collect the item.

How long will my item be held?

Items are held for seven days. If you require more time, contact the store and we will try to extend the hold period.

Can I reserve an item for airport collection?

Yes. Reserve & Collect is available at Case Heathrow Airport stores. A valid boarding pass is required to access airside locations.

Can I use online discounts with Reserve & Collect?

No. Online only promotions and the email sign up discount cannot be used for in store purchases.

Will I be notified when my item is ready?

Yes. Once the store confirms your reservation, a Case team member will contact you by email or phone.

Can someone else collect the item for me?

Yes. They will need a copy of the reservation confirmation email.
