Over 100 Years Selling the World’s Finest Luggage
At Case, we believe travel should be exciting, effortless and responsible.
As a business built around journeys, we understand the environmental impact linked to production, packaging and delivery. That is why we focus on practical improvements, thoughtful partnerships and long lasting products.
Our approach is measured and ongoing. We prioritise real action over bold claims.
You can learn more about who we are and what we stand for on our About Us page.
Sustainability at Case begins with everyday operational decisions. Across our stores, warehouse and head office, we work to reduce waste and operate more efficiently.
Packaging
We reuse inbound supplier cartons wherever possible and recycle cardboard, paper and plastics across all locations.
When customers order multiple items, we nest products together safely to reduce outer packaging. This helps limit unnecessary materials while still protecting your purchase in transit.
Energy & In Store Practices
We have transitioned to energy efficient lighting across locations and encourage digital receipts to reduce paper use.
Our teams are trained to think carefully about how products are stored, displayed and packed, ensuring we reduce avoidable waste without compromising presentation or protection.
Repairs Over Replacement
Encouraging repair rather than replacement is one of the most meaningful ways we reduce environmental impact.
We support brand warranty assessments and repair programmes, helping customers extend the life of their luggage wherever possible. You can learn more on our Repairs & Warranty page.
Delivery & Logistics
We work with established courier partners who continue investing in route optimisation and improved fleet efficiency. We also review packaging processes regularly to ensure we are not using more materials than necessary.
This is an evolving process. We continue to review packaging, energy use and logistics with the aim of improving transparency and reporting over time.
We carefully select brands that align with our values of durability, quality and responsible design. Choosing luggage that lasts for years is one of the most sustainable travel decisions you can make.
