Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they are the terms of which the customer "you" agrees to purchase items "the items" from  Case Luggage "the company". No other terms or representations shall form part of these conditions unless agreed in writing between you and the Company. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.


Purchasing from Case Luggage

Ordering at Case Luggage is fast and secure. To place an order just follow the steps online.
Our secure gateway ensures that your payment is handled in an easy, safe and secure manner. After every transaction is completed you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number relating to your order. Please keep this safe in case you have a query.
 
Your card will be debited on completion of checkout. We accept all major forms of debit and credit cards including Paypal. We do NOT retain or store any financial information.
 
The items on this website are for you to purchase by placing an order with the company. The Company has the right to refuse orders and no contract will subsist between you and the company unless and until the company accepts your order via email, and despatches the items to you. 
 
All items are subject to availability. If the company does not supply the items to you for any reason, the company will not charge you for these items and will refund back any money already paid for these items. The company will not be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if the company does not supply the items.

Monogramming Return Policy

Once a product has been personalized with monogramming, it may not be returned or exchanged.


10% Discount Promotion

Includes all full-priced items. All Sale, SECRID and TUMI products are excluded from the promotion.
This offer can NOT be combined with any other discount codes or promotions.


International Shipping
  • Case Luggage cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to customs clearance.
  • Customers can determine the shipping charges by completing their address details at checkout.
  • We cannot be held liable for any import duties, clearance fees, or local VAT charges payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.
  • If an international order is returned, you will be responsible for any return charges.
  • If you refuse an order and it is returned, we will deduct any courier charges from your refund.
